That’s why we offer onboarding support, on-the-job learning, peer mentorships, custom classroom courses, online learning, supplier training and more. Every aspect of our learning and development offerings focus on increasing our employees’ knowledge, competence and performance so that they feel supported, encouraged and empowered to deliver their best every day.


In 2019, we launched CSR-U, a proprietary development program aimed at helping our frontline Customer Services Representatives be the best they can be from hire to retire.


Within three months of attending and habitually applying the hands-on learning at our intensive two-day, in-class Sales Training, our Sales Representatives report greater confidence and – importantly – increased sales.


We believe people managers have an important job, one that requires specific and ongoing training. We expect our people managers to manage their business, motivate their staff and unlock their teams’ potential. That’s why we offer three-day, in-house intensive People Management training, and we encourage ongoing learning to make sure their skills remain relevant.
