When did you start with Motion Canada? March 2018

What do you like about working at Motion Canada?
The people I work with. They honestly make it easy for me to come to work every day.

Do you have any advice for anyone just starting at Motion Canada?
Ask a lot of questions.  Do not be shy.  There is no such thing as a stupid question, so ask many.

What is your favourite “guilty pleasure” song or artist?
Most people laugh when I tell them… I listen to NKOTB (New Kids on the Block) A LOT!

Is there a TV or movie character who you identify with/is basically you?
Oliva Pope (Keri Washington – Scandal) and Annalise Keating (Viola Davis- How To Get Away With Murder).  Both of these actors are the main characters in their series. They are powerful black women in a male dominated world. 

You are given one million dollars – what are the first three things you do with it?
1. Buy my grandparents a new house because they lost theirs in a fire on Halloween of this year.
2. Put money away for my children.
3. Donate to “Operation Smile Canada”- Cleft Lip and Palate and/or “Sick Kids.” One is an organization that makes sure every child gets the safe corrective surgery they need wherever they live in the world.  My daughter was born with a cleft palate and I am thankful that I live in Canada and was able to get the help and surgeries she needed, but it is not like that for everyone in the world. I would also donate to Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto as we did – and still do – spend a lot of time there.

Are you an introvert or an extrovert?
Most people would say I’m an extrovert, but I have a little introvert in me, too!
